You’ll receive all the benefits an IT team would provide such as 24/7 network monitoring, IT security, engineer provisioning, proactive testing, proactive back up and asset tracking. With the ability to flex your cover from basic to the most comprehensive, you can design your plan to suit your business.
Excalibur’s SupportPAK provides you with a reactive, ad-hoc support service for any IT related issues not covered by a maintenance contract or onsite warranty. Designed for businesses who do not want to commit to a monthly support agreement, or who have an internal resource, hours are pre-purchased and then deducted as your requirements arise.
SupportPAK hours can be used for services such as network changes, adding users and installing new hardware. The work is usually completed remotely, although site visits can also be charged to your SupportPAK. To maximise your SupportPAK, we recommend proactive monitoring in addition protect your business against IT risks.
