My daughter has broken her laptop just before lockdown, the actual workings are fine it’s the corner of the case that kept cracking away from the screen when opening & closing, over the past few months it’s got steadily worse now the hinges don’t seem to be working and nearly all the casing cracks away when it’s opened & closed. It was probably an easy fix to start with but with everywhere being closed and her using it every day for college work I’m worried it’s a bigger job now. Could I make an appointment for you to look at it, she also has lots of coursework and assessments to complete so we would need a guide on how long it would take. Many Thanks
